Own production stability, incident follow-up, and reliability improvements across R&D teams. Set production-readiness standards and help teams deliver lasting operational improvements.

  • Own the health of production environments and identify risks before they become incidents.
  • Drive incident tracking, follow-ups, and R&D-owned postmortems to completion.
  • Partner with engineering teams to define, prioritize, and implement reliability improvements.
  • Define SLOs, error budgets, and production-readiness standards.
  • Communicate technical details and business impact to R&D stakeholders and leadership.

  • 4+ years of experience in production operations, SRE, DevOps, or a related engineering role.
  • Strong stakeholder skills and ability to influence teams without authority.
  • Experience driving operational processes and following through on commitments.
  • Solid understanding of public cloud environments such as GCP, AWS, or Azure.
  • Working knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and microservices architectures.
