You’ll identify growth opportunities, improve business practices, and support decisions across the company’s mobile games. You’ll research user behavior and game performance, design and run tests, and help maximize revenue.

  • Research and monitor trends; report on user behavior, trends, game health, and their relation to company strategy.
  • Develop methods, tools, and metrics to address business needs.
  • Design and execute tests to improve user experience.
  • Lead processes and best practices across the company.
  • Create and manage in-game revenue generators to maximize profit.
  • Manage data and knowledge about in-game treatments and their impact; support decision-making and execution.

דרישות

  • Previous experience in management consulting or data analysis.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in PPE, economics, or engineering.
  • Advanced analytical skills and ability to identify patterns and trends.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent Hebrew and English.
