You will own solutions from understanding the business problem through design, production delivery, monitoring, and ongoing improvement. You will build and evaluate production AI systems with AI-assisted development tools, working with engineering, product, and business stakeholders.

- Build production systems using AI-assisted development tools.
- Co-design decision logic, risk thresholds, and success metrics with stakeholders.
- Build evaluation harnesses and test systems before release.
- Monitor and support production systems, including alerting and observability.
- Contribute to design reviews, code quality, and team practices.
דרישות
- At least 7 years of experience as a backend engineer.
- Experience shipping and supporting production AI systems.
- Understanding of agentic architectures, including orchestration, multi-step workflows, and fallback and error logic.
- Experience defining evaluation metrics and building test sets.
- Comfort across prompts, RAG pipelines, orchestrators, and backend systems.
