Join abra’s Salesforce team to lead the implementation and configuration of Salesforce solutions. You’ll translate business requirements into scalable solutions and work with customers and Business Analysts from design through deployment.

  • Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementations, from requirements through design, testing, and deployment.
  • Implement and configure Salesforce solutions based on business and functional requirements.
  • Translate business requirements into Salesforce configurations, processes, automations, and user experiences.
  • Work with customers and Business Analysts throughout implementation and support ongoing improvements.
  • Guide and mentor Salesforce Implementers and team members, including onboarding new employees.

דרישות

  • 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, including end-to-end implementations.
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce configuration, Flows, automation, and best practices.
  • Experience leading implementation processes and working with customers and Business Analysts.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator certification.

יתרון

  • Sales Cloud, Service Cloud Consultant, or other relevant Salesforce certifications.
  • Familiarity with Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Experience in complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise environments.
