Lead Claroty’s security operations, monitoring, and incident response across enterprise infrastructure, cloud environments, and AI workloads. Manage a technical team and work with engineering, Legal, HR, and executive leaders to investigate incidents and reduce security risk.

- Architect and operate security monitoring across multi-cloud environments.
- Manage EDR/XDR tools, network security, ZTNA, and vulnerability management.
- Lead security monitoring, incident response, root-cause analysis, and post-mortem documentation.
- Develop threat hunting, threat intelligence, and digital forensics capabilities.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop security analysts and engineers.
- Partner with engineering, Legal, and HR on security risks, investigations, and secure development practices.
דרישות
- 7+ years of experience in Security Operations or Incident Response.
- 3+ years leading technical engineering or analyst teams.
- Production experience deploying and maintaining enterprise EDR solutions.
- Strong cloud security experience, including log analysis, VPC architectures, and IAM configurations.
- Deep understanding of networking, traffic analysis, zero-trust architectures, and network segmentation.
- Familiarity with the OWASP Top 10 for LLMs and securing generative AI applications.
- Ability to build cross-departmental relationships and communicate technical risks to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience managing high-severity incident responses.

- CISSP, CISM, GCIH, GCFA, CCSP, or equivalent technical certification.
