Lead internal operations, including planning, budgeting, and infrastructure for facilities, fleet, equipment, insurance, and permits. Build and manage global sites and operational processes, while leading Operations Managers and coordinating field trials and demonstrations.

  • Lead a team of Operations Managers.
  • Set up global sites, including sourcing locations, securing permits, coordinating vendors, and establishing operational infrastructure.
  • Gather cross-company needs and build processes and infrastructure to support growth.
  • Coordinate with authorities and military organizations for field trials and demonstrations.
  • Solve operational problems without an existing playbook.

דרישות

  • 7+ years of internal operations experience; experience at a hyper-growth startup is preferred.
  • Management experience.
  • Ability to build processes from scratch and manage multiple functions and budgets simultaneously.
  • Fluency in Hebrew and English.
