Own the Dispute Resolve product domain end-to-end, from strategy and roadmap through execution, analytics, integrations, and evidence capabilities. Work with Engineering, Data Science, Design, and commercial teams to improve dispute outcomes, merchant adoption, and business performance.

  • Lead the definition, execution, and evolution of dispute management flows across merchant setups.
  • Set product strategy and roadmap priorities with Engineering, Product Design, Data Science, and BI.
  • Define product metrics, monitor performance, and use data to guide decisions and benchmarks.
  • Expand and optimize integrations with PSPs, gateways, and other systems.
  • Improve evidence capabilities, dispute performance, and operational efficiency.
  • Partner with GTM, Sales, Account Management, merchants, and prospects to support adoption and growth.

דרישות

  • 5+ years of product management experience, including leading a product team and domain end-to-end.
  • Experience delivering complex end-to-end product flows involving integrations, data, and operational workflows.
  • Experience owning product analytics, defining metrics, analyzing performance, and using data to guide decisions.
  • Experience leading cross-functional work with Engineering, Data Science, Product Design, and commercial teams.
  • Strong problem-solving, prioritization, execution, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

יתרון

  • Experience in chargeback and dispute management, payments, fraud prevention, or card networks.
  • Experience working with APIs, integrations, and external systems such as PSPs or gateways.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
