Lead architectural and technology decisions across R&D, helping teams build reliable, scalable products that meet business needs. Drive AI adoption in development and product capabilities, and mentor R&D teams on design and engineering practices.

- Drive adoption of technologies and frameworks for server- and client-side products.
- Lead key product enhancements and select solutions based on functionality, reliability, testability, and scalability.
- Translate business needs and operational flows into technology solutions.
- Mentor R&D teams through design reviews, coding standards, and architectural designs.
- Drive AI adoption in R&D, including development tools and AI capabilities in products.
- Contribute to technology, methodology, development, and testing decisions.
דרישות
- At least 10 years of software development experience, including at least 2 years as an architect.
- Experience with system engineering and architecture, including scale, redundancy, and performance.
- Experience with high-capacity, high-reliability products, multiple development languages and environments, and multithreading.
- Experience with SQL Server, microservices, event-based design, and SAGA concepts.
- Hands-on experience architecting and operating production workloads at scale with AWS, Azure, or GCP; experience architecting AI-enabled systems is also required.

- Experience with big-data or NoSQL technologies.
- Hands-on backend development with .NET, Java, or similar.
- Background in financial services.
