Connecteam is seeking a Product Manager to build web and mobile products for its workforce management platform. You will define product direction, manage product development from research through production, and work with product, design, analytics, and development teams.

  • Manage the full product cycle of new products.
  • Research and analyze user needs and competitors.
  • Define user flows and sketch wireframes.
  • Work with product teams, designers, analysts, and developers through production.

  • At least 2–3 years of product management experience in a SaaS company, fintech, or startup.
  • Experience in HR technology, building AI agents, or B2B SaaS growth.
  • Proven ability to initiate work and manage projects from start to finish.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Experience with third-party integrations and APIs.
