Lead a Detection and Response Engineering team building and deploying scalable data infrastructure for Transmit Security’s SaaS products. Work with teams including Data Science, Research, and Security, and guide team members and technical delivery.

  • Lead a DRS Engineering team in designing and deploying scalable data infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with Data Science, Research, Security, and other cross-functional teams.
  • Manage the technical backlog and make decisions on product milestones.
  • Mentor team members and support their professional development.
  • Identify and mitigate security risks across the data platform.
  • Define methods to ensure data infrastructure performance, scalability, and quality.

דרישות

  • 5+ years of software engineering experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Proficiency in a programming language such as NodeJS, Python, Java, Scala, or Go.
  • Familiarity with databases such as PostgreSQL or Redis, and Kubernetes.
  • Experience managing security risks and delivering high-quality, scalable, and compliant systems.
  • Knowledge or experience working with data science teams.

יתרון

  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Knowledge of distributed computing platforms such as Flink, Spark, or Beam.
  • Experience with microservices, Kafka, Airflow, MLOps, CI/CD, identity management, risk assessment, or fraud detection.
