You’ll design and build the core platform services that power Charm Security’s AI agents and serve financial services customers. You’ll work with AI engineering, Data Science, product, and customers to bring fraud prevention capabilities into production.

  • Architect and develop a multi-tenant platform for enterprise financial institutions.
  • Build and scale backend services for the real-time conversation widget, analyst Copilot, and management portal.
  • Design event-driven pipelines that process fraud signals and trigger AI-driven interventions.
  • Implement secure integrations with bank systems.
  • Improve reliability and observability across GCP infrastructure.
  • Work with AI engineering, Data Science, product, and customers to ship features and contribute to backend practices and technical decisions.

דרישות

  • 6+ years of backend development experience with Node.js/TypeScript.
  • Experience building multi-tenant SaaS platforms for enterprise customers.
  • Strong understanding of event-driven architectures and real-time data processing.
  • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with PostgreSQL, Redis, and data modeling with ORMs such as Prisma.

יתרון

  • Experience in financial services, fraud prevention, or cybersecurity.
  • Familiarity with AI/LLM integration and agent orchestration, such as LangChain, LangGraph, or Vertex AI.
  • Experience with stream processing and pub/sub systems such as NATS, RabbitMQ, or Pub/Sub.
  • Experience with regulated industries or compliance frameworks.
  • Experience with Python/FastAPI backend services.
  • Familiarity with real-time communication stacks such as Socket.io or Twilio.
