Lead development of Claroty’s secure remote access solution for industrial environments. Guide a team building secure connectivity, gateway and proxy architectures, and session monitoring capabilities.

  • Lead and support a team of developers, promoting technical ownership and continuous delivery.
  • Design and implement secure access features connecting IT and OT networks.
  • Oversee scalable, high-performance gateway and proxy architectures.
  • Work with Product Management and Security Researchers on Zero Trust and session monitoring.
  • Mentor developers on code quality, security protocols, and system resilience.

דרישות

  • 3+ years of experience leading R&D teams.
  • 5+ years of backend development experience, including building complex systems in Python.
  • Strong understanding of TCP/IP, HTTP/S, SSH, RDP, Zero Trust, identity management, and encryption.
  • Experience building distributed, high-availability systems that handle real-time traffic and data.
  • Proficiency with AI development tools, specifically Cursor and Claude.

יתרון

  • Familiarity with Angular or React.
  • Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP, Docker, or Kubernetes.
  • Experience in cybersecurity, especially Remote Access (VPN/ZTNA) or Identity (IAM).
