Design digital marketing assets and conversion-focused experiences for Navan’s Growth Group. Work with marketing, CRO, and video teams to support campaigns and maintain the brand across digital channels.

  • Lead design for conversion funnels, landing pages, microsites, and digital experiences.
  • Design static ads for performance marketing channels.
  • Support the video team with motion graphics and animated assets.
  • Maintain and evolve Navan’s brand identity across digital touchpoints.
  • Create mockups and prototypes in Figma.
  • Use market research and AI trends to develop design concepts.

דרישות

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Marketing Designer or Growth Designer.
  • Experience in performance marketing, conversion-driven design, and B2B SaaS or tech.
  • Portfolio showing digital design, performance marketing, landing page optimization, and conversion funnels.
  • Expert proficiency in Figma and strong command of Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Knowledge of design principles and user-centered design, especially for conversion funnels.
  • Familiarity with AI tools for design, content, or optimization.
