Lead and scale the Revenue Analytics function within Similarweb’s global Revenue Operations group. Own revenue planning and forecasting, build AI-driven analytics, and manage a team of five Business Analysts.

  • Own the end-to-end revenue model, including forecasting, headcount planning, quota and target setting, bookings, churn and retention, and GTM performance tracking.
  • Build AI-driven analytics for GTM, including intelligent forecasting, automated reporting, and scalable insight generation.
  • Drive AI and automation adoption to reduce manual work and scale the team’s impact.
  • Design and support commission plans, including calculations and operations.
  • Manage and develop a team of five Business Analysts.
  • Partner with GTM leadership on dashboards and reporting frameworks.

דרישות

  • 5+ years in Revenue Analytics, FP&A, or RevOps, including people-management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of SaaS revenue and GTM metrics.
  • Hands-on experience applying AI and automation tools to analytics and forecasting workflows.
  • Strong SQL, BI tools, Salesforce, and Excel or Google Sheets skills.
  • B.A./B.Sc. in Economics, Statistics, or Business.
