Analyze player behavior and business data to help improve player retention, game revenue, and user experience. Build reports and dashboards, and work with product and development teams to put data-based ideas into practice.

  • At least 4 years of experience in business analysis, product analysis, or a related field, including 4+ years in a B2C role analyzing large datasets.
  • B.A. / B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering, Math, Statistics, Computer Science, or equivalent background.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience querying large, complex datasets.
  • Vast knowledge of A/B testing, including statistical methods.
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools for analytics; excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

  • Strong statistical and mathematical background.
  • Experience with Python, including Pandas, SciPy, NumPy, Matplotlib, and Seaborn.
