Improve deployment pipelines and internal tools by investigating logs, identifying recurring issues, and reducing manual work. Build data pipelines, AI workflows, and dynamic dashboards while helping teams measure technical readiness and system health.

  • Identify technical bottlenecks across product lines and engineering workflows with domain leads.
  • Build and maintain the Unified Maturity Table, including technical parameters and KPIs.
  • Measure internal AI agent answers against human expert interventions and help refine the agents.
  • Analyze support tickets with AI and cluster analysis, then implement automated workflows.
  • Set thresholds using ticket complexity, resolution times, and domain-specific friction.
  • Turn static maturity reports into dynamic dashboards with trend lines.

דרישות

  • 3–6 years of hands-on experience as a Software Engineer, Data Engineer, SRE, or Solutions Engineer.
  • B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, or a related scientific field.
  • Proficiency with Python and advanced SQL for querying and analyzing large datasets.
  • Experience with modern data modeling tools and building reliable data pipelines.
  • Daily hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor or Claude Code, and strong prompt engineering skills.

יתרון

  • Experience with AI agent architectures, RAG concepts, and auditing AI model outputs.
  • Familiarity with AWS, GCP, Linux, Docker, Git, and Terraform.
  • Ability to translate technical friction into structured roadmaps, define metrics, and drive execution end to end.

  • 3–6 years of relevant hands-on experience
  • B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, or a related scientific field
  • Proficiency in Python and advanced SQL
  • Legal right to work in the country where the position is based, without visa sponsorship
