Lead a team of five Data Engineers responsible for large-scale data from diverse internal sources. Set technical direction and architecture for data pipelines while supporting hands-on development, reliability, and collaboration across teams.

- Own the technical direction and architecture of large-scale data pipeline systems.
- Design and oversee solutions for complex and changing internet sources.
- Ensure systems are scalable, resilient, and efficient with large volumes of data.
- Collaborate with adjacent teams to align technical solutions with business needs.
- Drive engineering practices in code quality, observability, documentation, and operational excellence.
דרישות
- Proven experience leading or mentoring engineers on a technical team.
- Strong background working with relational and/or NoSQL databases, including schema design and performance considerations.
- Solid understanding of distributed systems and data-intensive applications.
- Experience designing or maintaining batch and/or streaming data pipelines.
- Familiarity and experience with Python.
יתרון
- Familiarity with CDC strategies, ETL mechanisms, and large-scale multi-job orchestrator systems.
- Understanding of software package ecosystems and protocols, such as package registries, dependency metadata, and versioning.
- Experience working with internet-scale data sources or ingestion platforms.
