- 5+ years of hands-on experience applying NLP and deep learning algorithms to real-world problems.
- Experience working with LLMs and applying them throughout the R&D lifecycle.
- Strong proficiency in Python and modern deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch and Hugging Face.
- Experience designing experiments, defining metrics, and analyzing model failures.
