Support NiCE’s global employer branding strategy through social media content, events, research, and campaigns. This is a six-month, part-time role for a student or content creator, based at the Ra’anana office two days per week.

  • Support global employer branding campaigns and initiatives.
  • Create social media content and support content planning.
  • Assist with planning and producing internal and external events.
  • Research employer branding trends, talent audiences, and creative opportunities.
  • Contribute ideas in brainstorming sessions and support initiatives that strengthen the employer reputation.

  • Strong communication and storytelling skills.
  • Creativity, curiosity, and a proactive mindset.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Experience editing short-form videos for social media.
  • Hands-on experience in content creation, social media management, public relations, event production, or a related field.
  • Organization, collaboration, and ability to manage multiple tasks.

  • Native-level English proficiency.
  • Familiarity with AI tools for content creation, ideation, or optimization.
