Support Kela’s strategic partnerships and equity and debt financing work as part of the Finance team, reporting to the VP Finance. The role includes evaluating deals, building financial models, and coordinating diligence with investors, lenders, and advisors.

  • Evaluate and conduct due diligence on strategic partnerships and commercial agreements.
  • Help draft term sheets and partnership documentation.
  • Build financial models, business cases, and board and executive materials.
  • Support equity and debt financing processes, including financial models, data rooms, and presentations.
  • Coordinate diligence processes with investors, lenders, and advisors.

דרישות

  • 3–5 years of experience in investment banking, corporate development, private equity or venture capital, or management consulting.
  • Experience managing end-to-end M&A transactions, including target identification, due diligence, valuation, and execution.
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field.
  • Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Microsoft Excel.

  • Familiarity with equity and debt financing mechanics, including cap tables, term sheets, and financing instruments.
  • Hebrew.

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field
  • Proficient in English (writing, reading, and speaking)
