Lead the engineering teams responsible for designing, building, and maintaining NiCE’s Performance Management product. Oversee product delivery, quality, scalability, and operational support while managing a global team.

  • Oversee the design, development, testing, and deployment of PM microservices.
  • Manage resource planning, delivery milestones, and product quality.
  • Ensure system capacity planning and operational support for the PM product.

  • Manage a global distributed team; recruit, develop, and retain engineering talent.

דרישות

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
  • 12+ years of software engineering experience, focused on SaaS products, machine learning, deep learning, and LLMs.
  • 6+ years of management experience in large-scale environments.
  • Expertise in data technologies and large-scale distributed systems.
  • Experience with agentic-driven development methodologies.

  • Experience building horizontally scalable solutions with containers, microservices, and big data technologies.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure and open-source data tools.
  • Track record of delivering high-quality software products on time.
