Design and build high-performance distributed storage systems and backend infrastructure for large-scale data workloads. You will develop core platform components and work on scalability, reliability, and production issues across system layers.

  • Design and develop core components of a distributed storage platform.
  • Build scalable, resilient distributed services for large clusters.
  • Participate in architecture discussions about consistency, replication, fault tolerance, and scalability.
  • Investigate and resolve production issues across storage, networking, distributed services, and operating systems.
  • Collaborate with architects, researchers, and engineering teams on data infrastructure.

דרישות

  • Strong hands-on experience in C/C++ software development, including system design, debugging, performance optimization, and integration of production systems.
  • B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Deep understanding of Linux internals, including processes, threads, memory management, synchronization, and I/O.
  • Experience developing distributed systems focused on scalability, reliability, fault tolerance, concurrency, and high availability.
  • Understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, routing, transport protocols, and OSI layers.
