Forter is looking for a senior full-stack engineer to build and scale customer-facing products across backend, frontend, and data systems. You will lead complex technical initiatives, set architectural and quality standards, and help shape AI-powered customer experiences.

  • Set standards for code quality, maintainability, and architecture across core platform areas.
  • Lead technical decisions and design reviews for complex, large-scale systems.
  • Own cross-system initiatives, define success metrics, and measure impact after delivery.
  • Improve system cost, scale, and operational stability.
  • Work with customers and product teams to identify and deliver customer experience improvements.
  • Mentor engineers and improve team processes, including documentation and code reviews.

דרישות

  • 7+ years of experience as a software engineer, with deep full-stack expertise.
  • Strong experience with Node.js, TypeScript, and frontend frameworks such as React or Next.js.
  • Experience leading complex multi-system initiatives and influencing technical direction across teams.
  • Production experience operating data systems at high scale, including billions of records.
  • Experience building customer-facing products and working with product managers and customer-facing stakeholders.

יתרון

  • Experience with Redis, Kafka, SQS, Elasticsearch, MySQL, and Snowflake.
  • Familiarity with cloud-native environments; AWS experience is an advantage.
  • Experience building products or workflows powered by LLMs or Agentic AI.
  • Experience with high-scale data pipelines, microservices, or micro-frontend architectures.

  • Team members based near key hubs are expected to work from the office at least three days per week
