Act as the technical authority for the Wiz platform, specializing in Wiz Outpost and supporting customers and prospects across cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes. Investigate technical issues, help sales teams demonstrate the platform, and share customer feedback with product and engineering teams.

  • Serve as a technical resource for sales and solutions engineering on Wiz Platform architecture, messaging, and presentations.
  • Own Outpost investigations, including IAM misconfigurations, networking failures, provisioning breakdowns, and scan degradation.
  • Triage issues across AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI, and Alibaba, and work with engineering to investigate and reproduce them.
  • Provide technical and business-relevant feedback to Product Management based on customer engagements.
  • Build investigation runbooks, knowledge base content, and onboarding materials; lead sessions to share insights.
  • Support strategic opportunities and POVs with advanced use cases, installation, deployment, and troubleshooting.

דרישות

  • 6 years of experience designing and implementing public cloud architectures, with deep expertise across major cloud providers.
  • Experience architecting, deploying, and troubleshooting Kubernetes and container environments across multiple distributions.
  • Experience in the CNAPP space and with developer workflows and tools, including Git, CI/CD, Helm, CloudFormation, and Terraform.
  • Knowledge of networking, cloud networking, IAM, Attack Surface Management, network reconnaissance, cloud security, and vulnerability assessments.
  • Full professional fluency in written and spoken English and Hebrew.

  • Experience with security products or cloud security posture, including workload scanning or disk snapshot pipelines.
  • Experience supporting ISV or SaaS products deployed in customer cloud accounts.
  • Ability to communicate complex infrastructure issues to technical, business, and executive audiences.
