Build machine learning models for real-time bidding and optimize large-scale advertising auctions. Take models from research and experimentation through production to improve bid optimization, advertiser performance, and publisher revenue.

  • Design, train, and deploy models for bid optimization, price and win-rate prediction, CTR/CVR estimation, calibration, and auction optimization.
  • Own the machine learning lifecycle, from research and prototyping through production deployment, A/B testing, monitoring, and optimization.
  • Build and evolve large-scale models for low-latency, high-throughput production traffic.
  • Analyze auction and marketplace data to identify modeling opportunities and measure business impact.
  • Work with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to develop machine learning solutions.
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical design reviews, code reviews, and technical investigations.

דרישות

  • 4+ years building machine learning and deep learning solutions end-to-end, from research through production.
  • MSc or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Experience building machine learning solutions for RTB, programmatic advertising, pricing, or large-scale optimization problems.
  • Strong software engineering skills in Python or Java and experience developing production ML systems.
  • Experience taking machine learning models from prototype to scalable, high-performance production environments.

  • Experience building models for bid optimization, auction systems, pricing, or large-scale recommendation systems.
  • Experience using AI coding tools such as Claude Code or Cursor.
