Own a shared platform capability for ATLAS, an on-premise AI product for governments and critical-infrastructure operators. Work with customers, commercial stakeholders, engineering, and research teams to improve high-value workflows while supporting security, control, and data sovereignty.

  • Own the roadmap and product decisions for a shared platform capability.
  • Run customer and commercial discovery to identify valuable workflows and adoption obstacles.
  • Turn field insights into product opportunities, requirements, success measures, and delivery decisions.
  • Partner with engineering and research teams on scope, sequencing, technical trade-offs, and quality.
  • Help build AI-enabled workflows, including agentic flows, evaluation harnesses, quality gates, and human-in-the-loop review.
  • Support product narratives, demos, customer-facing materials, and commercial conversations.

דרישות

  • 7+ years of end-to-end product management experience, or equivalent scope and track record.
  • Experience with AI, data platforms, search/retrieval, knowledge graphs, analytics, or agentic systems.
  • Practical experience building, defining, or closely partnering on agentic flows, evaluation harnesses, quality gates, or other AI-assisted product workflows.
  • Experience in intelligence, law enforcement, defense, public safety, government technology, or another highly regulated environment.
  • Experience with on-premise, private-cloud, or air-gapped enterprise products.

  • Experience supporting product marketing, demos, proposals, sales enablement, or partner conversations.
  • Familiarity with government procurement, security reviews, or long enterprise sales cycles.
