Lead and develop Torq’s Product Analytics team, setting its direction, priorities, and ways of working. Partner with Product, R&D, Data, and senior leadership to turn analysis into product and business decisions.

  • Set the team’s direction and prioritize high-impact initiatives.
  • Define KPIs and turn complex questions into insights and recommendations.
  • Partner with Product, R&D, Data, Field, Sales, and senior leadership.
  • Lead key analyses when needed while focusing primarily on the team and its impact.

דרישות

  • 4+ years of people management experience leading Product Analysts or analytical teams.
  • Experience working across at least two different organizations.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of SQL and BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.

  • B2B SaaS or cybersecurity background.
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools for analytics.
  • Experience building AI agents.
  • Experience with Python or ETL processes.
