Lead Salesforce CRM projects from business requirements through implementation and production. Work with business and technical stakeholders to deliver projects end to end.

  • Hands-on experience working with Salesforce projects.
  • Experience gathering business requirements and writing functional specifications.
  • Experience working with Salesforce developers, administrators, and implementation teams.
  • Strong understanding of CRM processes in Sales and/or Service domains.

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
