Combine investigative expertise, customer engagement, and product knowledge to help customers get more value from Cognyte’s intelligence solutions. Deliver training, generate intelligence insights, and help improve investigative workflows for customers worldwide.

- Deliver product demonstrations, onboarding programs, workshops, and training sessions.
- Generate intelligence insights, investigations, and reports using OSINT methodologies.
- Help customers improve investigative workflows and use Cognyte solutions effectively.
- Identify usage trends, friction points, and opportunities to improve product adoption.
- Participate in beta testing and collect feedback on product capabilities.
- Share customer insights and user requirements with Product Management, Customer Success, and Sales teams.
דרישות
- At least 1 year of experience as an Intelligence Analyst, Investigator, OSINT Analyst, or in a similar intelligence-related role, including relevant military intelligence experience.
- Strong analytical and investigative skills, attention to detail, and ability to turn findings into actionable insights.
- Confidence presenting to audiences and delivering professional training.
- Native-level fluency in Spanish, French, or another European language.
- Professional-level written and spoken English.
- Ability to work independently and with global cross-functional teams.
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally up to 50% of the time.
