Lead the software team’s technical direction while contributing hands-on to the development of cybersecurity products. Hire and mentor engineers, and help deliver secure, high-quality software.

  • Guide the design, development, and maintenance of cybersecurity solutions using Golang, C#, and Python.
  • Write scalable, secure code for about 50% of the role.
  • Hire, mentor, and grow a team of engineers.
  • Review code and uphold engineering best practices.
  • Work with product managers, security researchers, and stakeholders to define and deliver features.
  • Contribute to architectural decisions and the technical roadmap.

דרישות

  • 7+ years of software development experience, with expertise in Golang or C#.
  • 1–2 years of experience leading a team or mentoring developers.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to recruit, onboard, and develop engineering talent.

יתרון

  • Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Knowledge of networking and cybersecurity principles.
  • Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience with secure coding practices or cybersecurity concepts.
