Lead a team developing mobile app features for transit agencies, improving performance, reliability, and user experience across iOS and Android. Own mobile initiatives from planning through production and help develop the team, engineering practices, and platform strategy.

  • Lead mobile initiatives to improve rider and driver app performance, reliability, and user experience across iOS and Android.
  • Own and execute a roadmap focused on scalability, responsiveness, and latency.
  • Drive feature delivery with Product, Design, and Backend teams from concept through production.
  • Improve engineering quality and velocity through development practices, code reviews, and mobile architecture.
  • Hire, mentor, and support engineers across different levels.
  • Improve team processes, including release cycles, CI/CD, and testing frameworks.

דרישות

  • 7+ years of experience building mobile applications (iOS or Android), including production-scale apps.
  • Experience leading engineering teams and delivering complex projects end-to-end.
  • Strong understanding of mobile architecture, performance optimization, and modern development practices such as CI/CD, testing, and MVVM.
  • Comfortable working across mobile, backend, and product domains.
