CommIT is looking for an Automation QA Team Lead to own quality strategy for a product team and lead its shift to AI-first QA. You’ll lead QA engineers while staying hands-on with automation, test architecture, and AI-assisted testing.

  • Own QA strategy and test architecture for full-stack web applications.
  • Lead and mentor QA engineers, including reviews and setting standards.
  • Design and build automated end-to-end and regression suites with Playwright.
  • Drive AI-first QA practices, including AI-assisted test authoring and test generation from requirements.
  • Write Software Test Documents, test plans, and test cases for AI-driven execution.
  • Work with developers and clients to embed quality across the delivery lifecycle.

דרישות

  • 7+ years in QA or test automation.
  • 3+ years as a hands-on QA team lead or manager.
  • 1+ years of experience with AI tools.
  • Expert-level Playwright automation experience.
  • Professional-level English.

יתרון

  • Experience with Cypress, Selenium, TypeScript, or Python.
  • Performance, API, or security testing experience.
  • Experience in large organizations, such as banking or financial services.
