Design, operate, and evolve Gong’s production platform across AWS, GCP, and Azure, supporting Kubernetes workloads, Java microservices, and machine-learning services. The role focuses on platform reliability, security, cost, and delivery speed for Gong’s engineering teams.

  • Operate and evolve a multi-cloud, multi-region Kubernetes platform managed with Crossplane, Helm, and ArgoCD.
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and Argo Workflows.
  • Manage monitoring, logging, and alerting across the platform, and participate in on-call rotations.
  • Drive platform and security upgrades across production environments without disrupting live tenants.
  • Troubleshoot production, staging, and development environments, and improve platform reliability, performance, and cost.
  • Shape platform architecture and GitOps workflows across clouds and regions.

דרישות

  • 5+ years in DevOps or platform engineering, with deep AWS experience and ownership of high-scale production systems.
  • Hands-on production experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.
  • Experience with infrastructure as code and GitOps, including Terraform and ArgoCD, and CI/CD tools.
  • Knowledge of cloud security and architecture best practices.
  • Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Datadog, Coralogix, Prometheus, or Grafana.

  • Experience with big-data infrastructure, Java/JVM services, GCP, or Azure.
  • Scripting experience with Python, Bash, or Node.js.
  • Systems-level Linux troubleshooting, including DNS, iptables, or systemd.
