Own the day-to-day purchasing lifecycle and vendor relationships, and build an organized procurement system from scratch. Partner with teams across the company to streamline purchasing, manage agreements, and support cost reduction.

  • Manage and improve the end-to-end procurement process, including automation efforts.
  • Research supply markets and provide category intelligence and benchmarks.
  • Structure, review, negotiate, and renew supplier agreements.
  • Partner with business units to understand procurement needs and streamline purchasing.
  • Negotiate supplier terms and lead cost-reduction and cost-avoidance initiatives.
  • Establish and enforce procurement policies and governance.

דרישות

  • 5+ years of procurement management experience in a global SaaS company.
  • Experience managing long-term suppliers, budgets, and cost reduction.
  • Proven experience executing complex legal agreements and minimizing contractual risks.
  • Strong understanding of AI tools and automation for procurement workflows.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills; written and spoken English and Hebrew.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Materials Management, Supply Chain, Management, or a related field.
