Senior Product Manager - Data AI Services

You will lead product strategy and delivery for AI workloads, AIOps tools, and AI data services for enterprise storage customers. You will take products from definition through general availability and measure adoption, customer impact, and business outcomes.

  • Drive the AIOps and AI-data-readiness strategy and roadmap.
  • Lead discovery with enterprise customers and turn findings into product and feature decisions.
  • Oversee deployment models, including cost, data governance, privacy, and compliance.
  • Take products from PRD to GA with R&D, QA, Support, and Operations.
  • Measure adoption, customer impact, and business outcomes.
  • Lead customer and internal discussions as the AIOps subject-matter expert.

דרישות

  • 5+ years of hands-on IT experience in data centers and mission-critical production environments.
  • 5+ years of product management experience.
  • 2+ years defining and shipping AI-based products, including hands-on work with RAG, LLMs, MCP, data classification, and model economics.
  • Presentation skills for senior customers and executives, with the ability to lead discussions to a decision.
  • Familiarity with the GPU data path, including GPUDirect Storage, cuFile, RDMA fabrics, and KV cache offload and tiering for inference.

  • Familiarity with AIOps platforms and operational analytics.
  • Commercial judgment, including pricing, margin structure, and the economic case for products.
  • Product management experience in cloud and SaaS environments.
  • Background in a pre-sales or field technical role in IT or storage, with direct customer exposure.
