Lead end-to-end product design for Viber, from discovery and research through delivery, across a super-app used by hundreds of millions of people. You’ll help shape AI-driven features and improve how design connects to user needs, product metrics, and business outcomes.

  • Lead the design process from discovery and research to prototyping, testing, and final design.
  • Use AI tools for research synthesis, ideation, prototyping, and workflow automation.
  • Help shape AI-driven product features and the user experience.
  • Conduct user interviews, usability tests, and analysis of data and analytics.
  • Contribute to and evolve the design system shared across Viber products.
  • Connect design decisions to product KPIs and business outcomes.

דרישות

  • 5+ years of product design experience, including experience with B2C mobile products.
  • Use LLMs daily and have experience with custom workflows, vibe coding, Figma AI, or similar tools.
  • Take ownership from problem framing through shipping.
  • Use data and analytics to understand feature metrics before developing solutions.
  • Strong UX foundation, attention to detail, research skills, and clear communication across teams.
