Own product roadmaps and build reusable, secure AI platform capabilities for Payoneer’s Product, Engineering, and Business teams. Partner with technical and business stakeholders to deliver AI tools that teams can adopt across the company.

  • Own the roadmap for one or more Core AI Platform areas.
  • Translate business and technical needs into requirements, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
  • Define and deliver AI platform capabilities across infrastructure, orchestration, governance, evaluation, responsible AI, APIs, and reusable services.
  • Partner with Engineering, Data, Security, and Architecture on build, buy, partner, and integrate decisions.
  • Develop reusable patterns, templates, and components, and track adoption of platform tools and services.

דרישות

  • 7+ years of Product Management experience, with meaningful ownership of technical, platform, developer, AI, data, infrastructure, or enterprise products.
  • Experience defining product requirements, roadmaps, and execution plans in highly technical environments.
  • Strong understanding of LLMs, AI agents, agentic workflows, RAG, AI evaluation, governance, and AI platform architectures.
  • Experience partnering with Engineering, Data, Infrastructure, Security, and Architecture teams.
  • Demonstrated success driving adoption of platform capabilities across complex, cross-functional organizations.

יתרון

  • Experience with AI evaluation frameworks, developer platforms and APIs, cloud platforms, enterprise SaaS, or FinTech.
