Support employees throughout their employment lifecycle and help the People team coordinate projects, processes, and day-to-day operations. Maintain clear ownership and follow-through across initiatives as Eleos Health grows in Israel and the US.

- Support employees through onboarding, employment changes, performance processes, leave, benefits, and offboarding.
- Answer employee and manager questions about HR processes and policies.
- Maintain accurate employee data, HR systems, files, policies, templates, and documentation.
- Coordinate payroll changes, benefits, and employment processes with Finance, Legal, and external partners.
- Organize People team priorities, projects, meetings, decisions, and follow-up.
- Improve People processes using data, AI, automation, and other tools.
דרישות
- 4+ years of experience in People Operations, HR Operations, project management, business operations, or a similar role.
- Experience with HRIS platforms and strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.
- Full professional fluency in Hebrew and English.
- Strong organization, project management, ownership, and follow-through.

- Experience in a global or fast-growing technology company.
- Experience with an HRIS such as BambooHR or a similar platform.
- Experience supporting performance, compensation, talent, or organizational processes.
- Hands-on experience with project management, automation, or reporting tools.
