Own the revenue and income-stream lifecycle from bookings through cash collection, and support the monthly close, consolidated reporting, and annual audit. Report to the Director of Finance and work with teams across the company to ensure financial activity is accurately reflected in the statements.

  • Support the month-end close, review balance sheet and P&L accounts, and perform analytical reviews.
  • Participate in preparing consolidated financial statements.
  • Own revenue accounting, including bookings, revenue, deferred revenue, invoicing, and collection.
  • Reconcile revenue and receivables against orders, contracts, and delivery milestones.
  • Work with sales, delivery, and program teams to ensure accurate order and billing data.
  • Coordinate recurring reports with the Director of Finance and work with external auditors through the annual audit.

דרישות

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting and/or finance and licensed CPA.
  • Experience in the audit department of a Big 4 accounting firm.
  • 2+ years as an Assistant Controller or Controller at a growth-stage startup.
  • Excellent written and spoken English; expert-level Microsoft Excel; ERP experience, with NetSuite experience required.
  • Strong understanding of revenue recognition principles and ability to analyze financial data independently.
