Lead the development of AI capabilities for Yotpo’s UGC platform, helping brands collect, understand, and activate customer content. Work with design, engineering, customers, and business teams to discover, deliver, and measure product solutions for e-commerce.

  • Partner with engineering and product design to discover and deliver solutions.
  • Lead continuous discovery with customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders.
  • Define product problems at the intersection of UGC, AI, and e-commerce.
  • Translate customer and business needs into product direction and priorities.
  • Use qualitative and quantitative insights to guide decisions and measure outcomes.
  • Work with GTM, sales, and customer success on product adoption and feedback.

דרישות

  • 5–7 years of product management experience in SaaS companies.
  • Experience working in empowered product teams.
  • Strong product discovery and delivery skills.
  • Experience building customer-facing products and 0→1 products.
  • Strong collaboration skills with engineering, design, and GTM teams.

  • Experience building AI / LLM-based products or features.
  • Experience with data-rich products or recommendation / insight systems.
  • Background in UGC, reviews, or customer engagement products.
  • Experience in e-commerce or marketing technology.
