Join Wiz’s Product team to create and maintain clear technical documentation for its cloud security platform. You’ll work with product, engineering, security, and support teams to help users understand and use the product.

- Write and publish roadmap updates, feature previews, release updates, and announcements in the portal.
- Manage documentation source files with GitHub and Markdown, using pull requests and automated pipelines.
- Use generative AI tools to research topics, review engineering specifications, and draft documentation.
- Write portal descriptions, UI tooltips, and guided tours.
- Structure documentation, metadata, and Markdown files for AI retrieval and search.
- Work with developers, security experts, and support engineers to maintain troubleshooting guides and technical resources.
דרישות
- At least 3 years of experience in technical writing for complex technical products, cloud platforms, or developer tools.
- A STEM degree or equivalent professional experience, such as software development, QA, analytics, SOC, incident response, or IT.
- Mother-tongue level English and strong written communication skills.
- Ability to learn independently by exploring documentation, testing products, and reviewing technical resources.
- Legal right to work in the country where the role is based, without visa sponsorship.
יתרון
- Experience in cybersecurity, cloud computing, or B2B SaaS.
- Hands-on experience with Git, GitHub or GitLab, VS Code, and Markdown.
- Familiarity with generative AI tools and AI coding assistants such as Claude, Cursor, or Copilot.
