Customer Support Engineer

You will support VAST Data products through customer installations, technical evaluations, and resolution of escalated support issues. You will also advise on pre-sales activities and work with customers and the development team across data center, storage, and AI use cases.

  • Perform customer installations and technical evaluations at customer sites and in the lab.
  • Develop and test solutions for file protocols, machine learning, object storage, and high-performance computing use cases.
  • Consult on pre-sales and technical sales activities.
  • Resolve escalated technical support issues with customers and the development team.

דרישות

  • 3+ years of experience in customer-facing pre-sale or post-sale positions working with complex IT solutions.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in enterprise IT infrastructure, networking, and storage.
  • Significant experience with file systems and scale-out NAS implementation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • MS or B.Sc. in CS, CE, EE, or a related field.
