Support the Chief of Staff to the Chief Growth Officer by driving strategic initiatives, improving business processes, and helping execute growth projects. Work across teams to support decision-making, track performance, and improve internal communications and operational efficiency.

  • Plan, coordinate, and track growth initiatives and KPIs, and provide insights and recommendations to senior leaders.
  • Create dashboards, reports, and presentations for leadership and support business reviews, department meetings, and executive updates.
  • Manage key projects, track deliverables, and provide regular updates to leadership.
  • Support internal communications and prepare messaging for leadership meetings and town halls.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to improve workflows, streamline communication, and drive process improvements.

דרישות

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, communications, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in business operations, strategy, communications, or a related role.
  • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Experience with financial modeling and performance metrics.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presenting to senior leadership.

  • Experience in a fintech or technology-driven company.
  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
