Lead end-to-end development and implementation of AI solutions across complex technical environments. Work with clients, business owners, development teams, and vendors to deliver projects from requirements and architecture through deployment and adoption.

  • Lead technological projects from business requirements through architecture, development, testing, deployment, and adoption.
  • Translate business needs into technical specifications and actionable development tasks.
  • Manage AI projects and integrations with organizational workflows and enterprise systems.
  • Coordinate Jira backlogs, sprint planning, priorities, dependencies, and progress tracking.
  • Communicate with clients and business owners, manage expectations, and report project status.
  • Coordinate development teams, internal departments, and vendors; oversee UAT and production deployment.

דרישות

  • At least 5 years of experience managing technological projects and working directly with clients.
  • Native-level English.
  • Experience leading end-to-end software development projects with development teams.
  • Strong technical background in system architecture, APIs, integrations, and interfaces.
  • Significant Jira experience and hands-on Agile, backlog management, and sprint execution experience.

  • Experience leading AI or Generative AI projects.
  • Familiarity with AI Agents, LLMs, RAG, and automation tools.
  • Experience integrating AI solutions into enterprise workflows and systems.
  • Experience with Salesforce, ERP, data platforms, and enterprise applications.
