Plan and carry out deployments of Kela systems, from site preparation and installation through integration, commissioning, and handover. The role is mainly office-based, with travel to customer sites for surveys and hands-on deployments.

  • Plan and execute site readiness, hardware installation, network setup, edge compute provisioning, and system integration.
  • Stage, image, configure, and test deployment kits before delivery.
  • Integrate with customer infrastructure and third-party systems, and troubleshoot issues across application, infrastructure, and network layers.
  • Train operators, provide documentation, and hand over supportable sites.
  • Support deployed sites remotely with version rollouts, configuration changes, and hotfixes.
  • Maintain deployment runbooks, checklists, and tooling, and report field findings to product and engineering teams.

דרישות

  • 3+ years in field deployment, integration, field engineering, or a similar hands-on role in mission-critical environments.
  • Strong Linux fundamentals and hands-on experience operating and troubleshooting Kubernetes.
  • Experience debugging connectivity on live sites across complex network topologies, including cellular, satellite, and VPN or overlay networks.
  • Proficiency in Bash and Python for automation and investigations.
  • Hands-on experience with hardware, databases and storage, code and log debugging, and GitHub.
