Lead the AI Platform team and shape the architecture and development lifecycle for IRONSCALES’ cloud-based cybersecurity platform. Work with engineering teams to improve developer experience, delivery speed, quality, security, and performance.

  • Lead and mentor the AI Platform development team and AI Guild engineers.
  • Plan and build AI platform components, including AI Harnesses, agents, skills, MCPs, and plugins.
  • Design and review system architecture, feature designs, and engineering practices.
  • Hire and mentor engineers, and develop onboarding plans for backend engineers.
  • Own the AI Platform roadmap, plan delivery, and communicate risks and mitigations.
  • Improve developer experience, platform quality, security, performance, and delivery speed.

דרישות

  • 3+ years of infrastructure or platform team management experience, including people management.
  • Proven experience in AI-driven software engineering, agentic development, skills, MCPs, and AI agents.
  • 8+ years of backend development experience, including at least 2 years with Python.
  • Experience with modern cloud and software stacks, CI/CD, DevX, microservices, Kubernetes, and high-scale, low-latency processing.
  • BSc or BA in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
