Lead Nanit’s MLOps team and build the infrastructure and production systems that bring Deep Learning and Computer Vision research into product features. Work with Algorithms and Data teams on scalable data platforms, AI systems, and engineering practices.

  • Lead the MLOps and AI infrastructure team, set technical direction, and own its roadmap and delivery.
  • Design and implement production AI systems, including agentic workflows and offline experimentation environments.
  • Build scalable data platforms and pipelines for Nanit’s AI capabilities.
  • Work with Algorithms and Data teams to turn research into maintainable production systems.
  • Promote software engineering and system design practices across the group.

דרישות

  • At least 5 years of hands-on Software Engineering experience.
  • At least 2 years in a team lead or managerial role.
  • Experience building high-scale production systems on a cloud platform, with DevOps practices including CI/CD, containerization, and observability.
  • Strong command of at least one programming language.
  • Hands-on experience with data pipelines and big data infrastructure.

יתרון

  • AWS experience.
  • Python or Rust.
  • Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Computer Vision concepts.
  • Experience integrating AI coding tools into engineering workflows.
