Lead the modernization and technical direction of Payoneer’s Design System as a scalable frontend platform. Improve how teams build consistent interfaces through better architecture, documentation, automation, and AI-ready tooling.

  • Lead the modernization and technical direction of the Design System.
  • Own component architecture, design tokens, theming, accessibility, and performance.
  • Improve adoption by reducing friction, improving documentation, and simplifying upgrades.
  • Make the Design System machine-readable and tool-friendly for automation and AI-assisted development.
  • Define quality standards, testing strategy, and governance for Design System changes.
  • Work with product design, frontend, platform, and DevOps teams; mentor engineers.

דרישות

  • 7+ years of frontend engineering experience.
  • Experience building or leading a Design System, UI platform, or shared frontend infrastructure.
  • Deep knowledge of React, component architecture, and scalable frontend patterns.
  • Experience working in large, multi-team environments.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.

יתרון

  • Experience with design tokens, Figma integrations, or schema-driven UI systems.
  • Exposure to DevEx, CI/CD, or automation tooling.
  • Interest or experience in AI-assisted development.
