Senior Product Manager – Agentic AI

You will shape and build BigID AgentIQ, an agentic AI platform for enterprise data intelligence and workflow automation. You will own product initiatives from customer discovery and validation through launch and impact measurement.

  • Define and execute product initiatives using AI agents to solve enterprise data intelligence problems.
  • Design agent goals, workflows, tools, APIs, skills, actions, decision points, and human-in-the-loop experiences.
  • Translate product concepts into requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria; define permissions, guardrails, explainability, and failure handling.
  • Work with customers to identify use cases, validate prototypes, gather feedback, and improve the product.
  • Research customer needs, competitors, market trends, and agentic AI technologies to shape product strategy.

דרישות

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience, with a strong technical background.
  • Hands-on experience with LLMs, agentic workflows, tool calling, APIs, orchestration, and platforms such as Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, or Microsoft Copilot.
  • Strong understanding of AI application architecture, complex systems, and technical trade-offs; ability to prototype and experiment independently.
  • BSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
