Lead the architecture of NextSilicon’s future chips and drive system-level understanding and the architectural flow. Manage managers and technical leads while contributing hands-on to architectural decisions and technical execution.

  • Own the group's milestones and timelines.
  • Lead the group’s architecture and develop the team’s abilities.
  • Build the group’s technical knowledge base.
  • Work with software, architecture, verification, back-end, and other teams to drive execution.
  • Define execution indicators, monitor and report progress, and support prioritization and decision-making.
  • Acquire the system architecture and participate in the leading technical front-end forum.

דרישות

  • B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science.
  • 8+ years of digital design experience with complex blocks.
  • 5+ years as a design team leader.
  • Ability to turn requirements into specification documents.
  • Proven experience in high-speed and low-power design; experience with front-end tools and analysis including CDC, LINT, power, and simulation.

  • Experience in network design or compute.
